Ramp Coach provides outsourced sales development consulting. We handle outbound calls, meeting generation, and related SDR activities on your behalf.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We work to deliver meetings and qualified introductions based on the agreed scope, but outcomes depend on market response and are not guaranteed beyond the commitments outlined in our written service agreement.
3. Fees & Payments
All fees are outlined in the signed service agreement or proposal. Payments are due as stated in that agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Any scripts, messaging, or playbooks created by Ramp Coach remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific data (such as lead lists or recordings) remain the property of the client.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Ramp Coach services to promote illegal, fraudulent, or harmful products. We reserve the right to terminate services if usage violates applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramp Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (where Ramp Coach is incorporated).
